COVID-19 Update
COVID-19 Update
July 16, 2020
To our Customers, Partners and Suppliers
Over the past few months we have been working closely with our customers, partners and suppliers to offset the impact of COVID-19 on our business. As a result, we are pleased to announce that all our production, operational and support services, which have continued throughout the crisis, are now largely back to where they were pre-COVID-19. The main exception to this statement is the curtailing of onsite support at customer premises due to national and international travel restrictions and in these cases we have transitioned our customers to online meetings and support services.
At the outset we set up a dedicated COVID-19 Task Force. The team, who meet daily, implemented a well-rehearsed business continuity plan and have worked diligently throughout to protect our staff and our customer interests. We have created backup plans for various potential scenarios going forward. We had a remote working culture in place prior to COVID-19 and although most of our staff are still working from home, all of our offices have re-opened for essential services, with full protective measures being in place to safeguard the health and well-being of personnel and visitors.
We welcome feedback from our customers on how our performance is perceived and are very happy to receive suggestions on how we can improve. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the virus and the medical professionals working around the clock to help those most in need. Thank you for your understanding.
